You can print the Rx label from either the Quick Invoicing or Treatments section by clicking on the item and scrolling down and clicking on "Send Rx Label to DYMO." This will either automatically print to the DYMO label printer or ask you to choose which printer if multiple printers are setup. Then check to make sure the box below is checked off. In order for an inventory item to have an Rx label, the inventory item must be marked as "Is Dispensable." To check go to Inventory, click on the edit pencil next to the item in question. You will need to contact our Support team via in system chat or at to discuss any changes needed to label appearance. If you need to change their appearance there is a small degree of customization available. Please note that all labels are automatically generated. Inventory/Procedure/Lab Treatment Labels - Give basic information about the client, patient, and associated treatment.Inventory Item Labels - Designed to be printed and placed on your inventory items.Client - Can be printed from the client's profile.Patient - Can be printed from the patient's profile or medical record.
